Super Awesome Micro Project was the brainchild of Melbourne entrepreneur and marketing guy Steve Sammartino (@sammartino) and Raul Oaida (@rauloaida), a 20-year-old self-taught technology genius from Romania who Steve met on the internet.
With a single tweet, Samma got the ball rolling saying he had a project that would produce something amazing and needed another 39 investors (patrons) to get going.
I expressed interest, he sent me this, I transferred money I barely had and the rest is history, going on to get coverage in the worlds biggest media outlets and over 5 million views on YouTube.
